Thanks! I try to add information about the photos when I can, but most of them are from either just google searches, when a photo is just used without any other information, press photos, or Flickr (which I always link to). As far as live footage of songs from Tomboy, I don’t know about anything official. I haven’t heard anything about it or what Danny Perez filmed. I only like to post news on here that I know is official or at least confirmed, so if I find anything out for sure it’ll be posted here.

Noah Lennox talks with ASCAP for their Audio Portraits series regarding Tomboy, going over “You Can Count On Me,” “Alsatian Darn,” “Tomboy,” “Afterburner,” and “Benfica.” From ASCAP:
Panda Bear’s Tomboy is the latest solo recording by Noah Lennox, the singer-songwriter centerpiece of Animal Collective. In this soothing yet sonically adventurous recording, Lennox explores personal questions about work and family behind a lush and moodily intriguing veil of layered sound, harmony, vocals and percussive convergences. Lennox wants to take listeners on a journey of aural delights and inner awakenings — and he does.
Panda Bear - Surfers Hymn
The Tomboy vinyl has etchings on the grooves of Side A and Side B.
Side A reads:
Can I call you a car?
Side B reads:
I’m a notorious coat wearer.
Sonic Boom, who produced Tomboy, sometimes posts on Collected Animals, the Animal Collective message board. On the etchings:
The Noahtorious one , when at blanker unsinn , and asked if he was cold replied ‘no , i’m a notorious coat wearer’ , which was very amusing to me & nick kramer , so i wanted to remember it .the joy of run out grooves - many older discs have these messages .
likewise , at the end of the night i asked noah if I could call him a car . he unreservedly gave me permission to call him that .
Panda Bear - A Lover Once Can No Longer Now Be a Friend
Liner Notes
Express asked Noah Lennox to explain the stories behind three standout songs from his fouth album, “Tomboy:”“You Can Count on Me”
The album-opener is a response to “Person Pitch’s” “I’m Not,” which was about the pressure of having his first child. “You Can Count on Me” is Lennox’s “taking care of business song.” He hopes others find it a source of strength or a rallying call.
“Slow Motion”
Inspired by 1990s R&B, “Slow Motion” features the genre’s “chunky and heavy” production. Both in name and sound, it owes a great debt to Mary J Blige’s “Real Love,” which was “a source of inspiration for the rhythmic side of that song,” Lennox says.
“Last Night at the Jetty”
“Last Night at the Jetty” is a nostalgic song on two levels, Lennox says. On one, it’s about Lennox’s relationship with making music and how that’s changed over time: “I feel like I’m constantly trying to hide things about the meaning of the songs and where I’m coming from,” he explains. On the other, it’s literally about a “last night at the jetty” for a group of friends (inspired by Lennox’s own pals); when the night was over, “they knew they would never have that vibe again.”

Panda Bear - Drone (Live at Governors Island 2010)
The magazine listed all the photos in the back of the issue and labeled them them sort of vaguely, but did mislabel that picture. I’m reposting the picture on its own with the quote so it’s clearer.
I have no idea what you’re talking about.
You might have noticed some problems with the digital download of Panda Bear’s September 11, 2010 Governors Island show from the download card that came with the Tomboy CD and vinyl. Some of the songs were cut off, static, etc.
Paw Tracks re-uploaded the show with those problems fixed. Even if you already redeemed your access code before it was fixed you’re still able to download it again.
The previous post on here with “Benfica” from the Governors Island show has also been fixed with the new file.
Panda Bear - You Can Count On Me
Drum master.
I want to take it behind a middle school and get it pregnant.
